Leadfoot Rentals is an owner-operated trailer rental company led by Jason Woodcock, its President, built on a simple idea: renting a trailer shouldn't be complicated. No runaround, no surprises — just a clean, road-ready trailer and someone who actually helps you get it hooked up and on the road.
Jason brings over 30 years in the equipment-rental industry — from mechanic and technical support to fleet management, safety, quality and operations — and started Leadfoot to bring that same professional, dependable service to trailer customers across Texas, with the personal touch the big chains lack.
Our fleet covers just about every haul: 12–16ft utility trailers, medium- and heavy-duty 20ft car haulers, a 16ft enclosed cargo trailer, a 24ft tilt equipment trailer, medium- and heavy-duty livestock trailers, a 2-horse slant-load ("Shadow"), and 36ft and 40ft gooseneck deckovers for the heaviest loads. Booking is fast and online, with 24/7 contactless pickup and trailers sanitized after every rental.
We're based in Baytown and serve Mont Belvieu, Dayton, Crosby, La Porte, Pasadena, Channelview, Highlands, Deer Park and the greater Houston area. Our horse and livestock trailers are staged at a second location in Cuero, TX (about 2.5 hours away, by appointment). Can't find the right trailer?
